We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, finishes, and details may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed securely through Shopify checkout. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in order delays or cancellations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped from the United States within 2–3 business days.
Lumira Eyewear offers free nationwide shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Lumira Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Unworn eyewear in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible items may be exchanged for another style or issued as store credit.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Accessories (including cleaning cloths, sprays, and cases) and discounted items are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at miraeyewearco@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.lumiraeyewear.com — including logos, branding, product photography, graphics, and written content — is the property of Lumira Eyewear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
