At Lumira Eyewear, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

• Returns: Unworn eyewear in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges: Eligible items may be exchanged for another style or issued as store credit.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.

• Final Sale Items: Accessories (including cleaning cloths, sprays, and cases) and discounted items are final sale.

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
